Warranty Policy
All steam showers and bathtubs carry acomplimentary (10) ten-yearparts warranty against manufacturer defects. Replacement parts can be ordered by emailing a picture of the part to support@mayabath.com or calling the Maya Bath service department at 800-518-5242 and we recommend that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Maya Bath does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts and the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and or accidental damages.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled minus all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20%. The grace period to return a product is 30 calendar days from when the product is delivered to your location. The product must be in its original condition including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs; those charges will be deducted from your refund. The product should be returned in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam. We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs in the same manner the order was placed. Buyers are responsible to check with their local inspector to make sure these units can be installed in their area and is a buyer responsibility to review the spec sheets prior to their purchase. If you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card (5 to 10 business days).
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
